For a long as I can remember, my mother-in-law has been the designated lasagna cook for family gatherings. Even though all of her children are grown, she still enjoys making it for special dinners or simply just because. I think she just really loves to watch her children and her grandchildren enjoy her food, so she never minds making up this family favorite.
