I have cooked in clay for a number of years and I never get tired of using this cookware for some of my favorite dishes. As long as I’ve had some of the pieces I’m surprised I haven’t broken them by dropping them since I tend to break glasses and other dishes pretty often. But my clay is still going strong. I wanted to buy some as a holiday gift for my brother since he loves to cook too, but he tends to like more modern styles in his kitchen. So that’s why I think he’ll love this Romertopf Swing Contemporary Clay Baker, and I might even buy him both sizes so he can use them for his entree as well as a side dish. (more…)
